The Las Olas Large Repair project by CP Construction & Investment involved addressing concrete delamination and steel corrosion issues. Located adjacent to the pool equipment room on the third level, the main cause of deterioration was chlorinated water flooding. The project included shoring design plans for the first and second levels, which required around-the-clock traffic control. Key steps in the repair process included locating and cutting off post-tension cables, full-depth demolition, debris removal, rebar and PT cable installation, concrete pouring, and finishing. The project also featured PUMA Tremco waterproofing and repair of corroded electrical conduits and damaged electrical panels at ground level.
